It will make you think the app is a scam. Right after registering my card details the app suddenly crash and it's just loading. User interface is horrible, the auto fill in each fields is annoying it will take you forever to complete your registration.

Your app is very bad and annoying, when paying the bill first time you can't see where are the other sections to be filled so you can go through with the payment then when the payment is made it directs me to a blank white background + convenience fee is too much for this non convenient app. Will never use it again.

This does not seem to be a legit app for SMDC property owners. You can create an account even if you are not a buyer or property owner. Also, it only filters the correct CIN but does not check the correct property associated with it. For example, your CIN is for Red Residences but you can indicate it as Air Residences and this SMDC app accepts it. This is not reassuring specially for a payment app where you pay thousands of pesos for your property.
