I sent support a message, I paid for two condos the secure and monthly. I will contact my bank for a charge back and claim/open a case for scamming... I can't get into the app and I have no prove of owning anything with this people. I dealt with DMCI for another condo and everything it's pretty smooth zero issues. If by Tuesday I can't login I will make a claim for fraud with my bank and 100% of the time I get my money back.

After installing app and setting up and it did nothing, you could see it was trying to work but did not do anything.

Your app is very bad and annoying, when paying the bill first time you can't see where are the other sections to be filled so you can go through with the payment then when the payment is made it directs me to a blank white background + convenience fee is too much for this non convenient app. Will never use it again.
