I loved the idea and was excited to engage in it on the long term. I expected food that is almost expired and I also expected products that are rarely sold, that's the whole point. However, I did not expect badly stored food that smells bad, tastes bad, and could almost poison me. The chips had a smell and taste of mold, the juice was bitter, and the walnuts were sandy. I didn't even dare taste (THE 31 MAD!) soda. Bad experience that I am never going through again.

I ordered two anti-food-waste surprise bags from Baya, and both were a huge disappointment. Instead of getting quality products close to their expiration date, I received items that were almost like rubbish. Most of the products were of very poor quality and not worth the price I paid. This experience completely defeated the purpose of reducing food waste while still offering value to customers.
