It helps a user keep track of his or her expenses during the progression of a project. The expenses collected are mainly divided into six cost categories: labour, material, machinery, subcontract, miscellaneous, and general expense. And each category is provided with its own budget. If the expenses surpass the budget threshold, the user is alerted real-time via the data visualisations provided within the dashboard. Also, it equips the users to edit faulty expense entries that have occurred during the course of the construction project. Moreover, the user is provided with additional features like user creation, stage entry, type entry so as to enhance the customisation capability of the expense entry.
