1. Download the “Al Yousr Connect® – Open my account” application
2. Create your identifier via telephone number or email address
3. Choose your agency
4. Fill in your personal information
5. Transfer your ID by taking a photo of it or uploading it from your photo gallery
6. You will be called within 48 hours by our customer relations center to qualify your data
7. You will be called back by your customer advisor to set up an appointment for delivery* of your contract and your means of payment
You can also, with remote account opening, contact your Bank Al Yousr branch, and benefit from a special immediate delivery service, without waiting time, of your contract and your bank card.
*The delivery service contract opening your account and your payment methods are available in the cities of: Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Mohammedia, Oujda, Safi, Salé, Tangier, Temara, Tetouan, Tiznit, Kenitra, El Jadida, Agadir , Meknes

Poor app that doesn't work, missing basic functionalities, login not working, forgotten password not working, you ask for an OTP you get a password sent to your email (that also doesn't work), please get your staff together and try to do a good job there is plenty of good developers and project managers out there

Is not easy to use , and it doesn't show change language to Arabic or English, not recommend at all

Both the bank and it's app are nightmare.
