Singularity: AI Tycoon is a turn-based strategy game about the race to superintelligence. You run an AI lab. Every quarter you decide what to research, what to ship, who to hire, and how to handle the rivals fighting for the same prize. Push the frontier too fast and your AI slips out of alignment and becomes a threat to everyone. Play it too safe, and a competitor gets there first. There's no autopilot. Every decision counts, and the story bends around the ones you make.

A prodigy, a showman, an architect, a mogul, a saboteur, a sentinel. Each plays completely differently, and each carries their own branching story that unfolds as you lead: their ambition, their flaw, and the moments that test both. Play as another and the whole game changes.

Your competitors are not scenery. They poach your people, steal your breakthroughs, smear you in the press, and race you to the finish, and the further behind you fall, the dirtier it gets for everyone. In the final sprint, a rival is racing to switch on their own AI first. Beat them to it, or be beaten.
