This app is a complete waste of time and run by scammers. I ordered before Dashain, but it hasn’t been delivered, and their customer service is unreachable. Previously, they sent me a damaged item, ignored my refund request for a month, and deducted fees unfairly. Their poor service and lack of accountability prove they’re unethical. Avoid this app and choose reliable platforms instead! Just try out other reliable apps but never trust and use this app. Neverr !!!!!!

Don't waste your time here' you don't get any follow up or tracking of your order and when you report to customer service. There is no action at all. I called more than 5 times for my order and they said they will follow up but no update. And please please please only pay COD. You never get your money if you pay before hand.

If I can, I will give a negative rating. Very poor response to customer. Order one item, it wasn't delivered for a week. Every time I called, only deceived. In the end, they told me to cancel your order. What was that man? Totally wasted my time, i really want to punch them if I could. Why the hell I even use this app.
