Samsung Galaxy S24+ I just started a BBC Maestro subscription and was excited to be able to listen to courses while gardening, cleaning, etc. Content so far is great! BUT it's Day 1 and it has been such a frustrating experience. Constant pauses and hangups. It really takes away from the experience and the stream of thought. Listening to Happiness with Mo Gawdat should be pleasurable and calming. Not so much. This is the case with or without a headset, whether WiFi or data, inside or outside.

App itself is clean and has a nice GUI. It's easy to use and I think has a better layout than the website. Plus you can download the videos offline and I find them to be at a higher quality than via the website. Unfortunately the casting on it is utter garbage. It'll cast the wrong episode half the time and the rest of the time it'll either crash the app or just simply fail. On occasion the cast button is simply greyed out. The rare times it does it work properly it's amazing but it's rare.

Over a year since launch and still an unreliable, stuttering, buffering app. It's still more reliable just to visit the site in a browser and view the (excellent) content there. Feels like an app developed by kids, tarnishes the BBC brand.
