About this app

This is a practice question app designed to help you easily continue studying for the Level 2 and Level 3 Intellectual Property Management Skills Certification Exams on your smartphone. It covers 800 questions covering all the essential knowledge needed for the exam, from the basics of intellectual property to patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition prevention, and contract/risk management. No login or account creation is required. You can tackle one question at a time during your commute, school breaks, or other short periods of time.

You can choose to study for Level 2 or Level 3, and practice both theoretical and practical skills separately. Questions are organized by subject area, allowing you to select a specific area to review your knowledge or conduct a comprehensive review across multiple areas. The answer choices are rearranged for each learning session, encouraging practice not only in finding the correct answer but also in interpreting and judging the content of each option.

When you first start learning, begin with a small number of questions focusing on fundamental areas, and gradually expand to other areas and practical skills as your understanding improves. Before the exam, combine practice questions across multiple areas with mock exams to identify gaps in your knowledge and clarify any points of confusion. You can choose the level, exam category, subject area, and number of questions to suit your needs, making it useful for both quick checks and comprehensive review.

The mock exams, designed to simulate the actual test, consist of 30 theoretical and 30 practical questions for Level 3, and 40 theoretical and 40 practical questions for Level 2. The system is designed to prevent you from starting an incomplete mock exam if there are insufficient questions in the required subject area. By using both regular subject-specific learning and mock exams, you can progress step-by-step from confirming individual points to practicing with the entire exam in mind.

After answering each question, you can check whether your answer was correct or incorrect and review the key points. The premium version provides detailed explanations that explain not only the conclusion but also background knowledge and decision points, as well as the reasons for each answer choice. The structure allows for deeper understanding by organizing information such as the differences between similar systems and rights, and the reasons for incorrect answers, rather than simply memorizing the correct answer.

Your answer history is saved on your device and can be used to analyze your accuracy rate and learning progress, and to review incorrect answers. Learning history and settings are carried over even after app updates. You can check your progress in each subject area and return to points where your understanding is unclear, creating a cycle of practice and review. You can also change the font size, allowing you to continue learning in a display that suits you.

The free version allows you to use some questions in each subject area, answers and correct/incorrect judgments, key point explanations, and learning records. Watching video ads to the end unlocks additional questions, which can be used on subsequent days. The premium version is a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription. Purchasing the premium version gives you access to all 800 questions, detailed explanations, answer-option explanations, and practice tests, and removes in-app ads.
