As many others have stated, this app does not recognize the Ultimate 2 controller. I tried pairing it in the Bluetooth settings beforehand, forgetting it and just having it in pairing mode with the app open, and tried with a USB cable. Nothing works. It simply never sees the controller. Your lack of responses to any of these reviews is concerning. Otherwise, it's a great controller. That said, I don't use Windows on any of my computers, so this is a bit of a problem for me.

Galaxy a54 here. after update, ultimate mobile controller wouldnt connect and work outside the app. deleted the app. went into bluetooth settings to unpair and then re-paired the controller. worked just fine even without the software. even re-downloaded the app to see if it would revert back to its useless state like after the update but it hasn't yet. fingers crossed. controller itself is very nice except I wish the d-pad wasn't on an axis. cant hold left dpad w/o it triggering dpad down

I have an old Pro 2 controller and it couldn't even find it I couldn't get past granting its location and Bluetooth permissions. I didn't have any better luck on the PC either. to be honest the controller's kind of junk too. the joysticks are all squeaky and it's not heavily used even though I did say it was old I had it in a box forever and after 2 months of using it the joystick started squeaking. but I needed to remap the A and B button for Super Nintendo controls but it's impossible.
