I'm an IT professional and I can't figure out how to get this app to work. I've paired my ultimate 2 controller to my phone over Bluetooth but the app just keeps telling me to connect. I have no idea why the app is only viewable in landscape. It seems like part of the interface is cut off or it's just not scaled to the screen properly. This controller is amazing. Wish I could say the same about the app.

App doesn't seem to work with the Viture Ultimate Mobile Controller (telescopic). When I start the app it says "Please connect to 8bitdo device." Then when I connect my phone to the controller that warning goes away, however nothing happens, and there just continues to be a big green "connect" button. When I press the button, it brings me to a screen of OTHER 8bitdo bluetooth controllers, each giving me a tutorial on how to connect via BT. I believe your USBC connectivity is failing. S23+

As many others have stated, this app does not recognize the Ultimate 2 controller. I tried pairing it in the Bluetooth settings beforehand, forgetting it and just having it in pairing mode with the app open, and tried with a USB cable. Nothing works. It simply never sees the controller. Your lack of responses to any of these reviews is concerning. Otherwise, it's a great controller. That said, I don't use Windows on any of my computers, so this is a bit of a problem for me.
