App doesn't seem to work with the Viture Ultimate Mobile Controller (telescopic). When I start the app it says "Please connect to 8bitdo device." Then when I connect my phone to the controller that warning goes away, however nothing happens, and there just continues to be a big green "connect" button. When I press the button, it brings me to a screen of OTHER 8bitdo bluetooth controllers, each giving me a tutorial on how to connect via BT. I believe your USBC connectivity is failing. S23+

As many others have stated, this app does not recognize the Ultimate 2 controller. I tried pairing it in the Bluetooth settings beforehand, forgetting it and just having it in pairing mode with the app open, and tried with a USB cable. Nothing works. It simply never sees the controller. Your lack of responses to any of these reviews is concerning. Otherwise, it's a great controller. That said, I don't use Windows on any of my computers, so this is a bit of a problem for me.

I have an old Pro 2 controller and it couldn't even find it I couldn't get past granting its location and Bluetooth permissions. I didn't have any better luck on the PC either. to be honest the controller's kind of junk too. the joysticks are all squeaky and it's not heavily used even though I did say it was old I had it in a box forever and after 2 months of using it the joystick started squeaking. but I needed to remap the A and B button for Super Nintendo controls but it's impossible.
