I've had the feeder for a couple weeks. It worked fine initially but the app completely broke yesterday. The feeder no longer shows up in the app. I tried resetting and reconnecting the feeder but had no luck. After contacting the customer support AI in the app, it turns out they know this. We need to use the Smart Life app instead, which worked fine for me. This should have been communicated via email, not buried in an chat bot.

Very easy to set up. I did have to spend some time figuring out how much of my cats' kibble would dispense in one serving, but once that was out of the way I was able to set up a schedule that works week for my cats. I do wish there was a better notification system when the bin is low/empty.

Not the app, but the product. It worked fine for about a year, and then one day I realized my cats were howling at me and starving, but there was food in the feeder, and the feeding schedule was all correct. But I came to realize when it goes to feed, whether from the schedule or when I manually press the "feed" button on the digital screen, it shuts off for a second and then back on, but DOESN'T release food. So yeah, I guess just a chance if you leave town that your cats will just starve 😑
Please check the feeder's dispensing port for blockages or food jams. If the problem persists, you can contact online customer service through the app for assistance.
