I've had the feeder for a couple weeks. It worked fine initially but the app completely broke yesterday. The feeder no longer shows up in the app. I tried resetting and reconnecting the feeder but had no luck. After contacting the customer support AI in the app, it turns out they know this. We need to use the Smart Life app instead, which worked fine for me. This should have been communicated via email, not buried in an chat bot.

Quick set up. It connected to my wifi with no problems. I absolutely love how the feeder AND on the app, it lets me know the battery life of the feeder.I like how it keeps track of the feedings and you can customize the feeding plan(s). and if food is low, I can see. It gives me the option to select an immediate feeding that's not on the plan. If one of my cats has followed me to the kitchen, there's no bending down to update the feeder. I can do it on my phone, on the app & TADA food is served.

The feeder and app work wonderfully and reliably so far. I love that we could add all our feeders to both my husband's account and mine so we can each monitor them. Not all apps have allowed this, but this one does. This gives us a real peace of mind when we are traveling or away from home. I have no hesitation recommending these products!
