Works Ok. Bluetooth connection works but never shows up as working. I have to go by the info on the app and the blue led. Would be nice if it was compliant to show as a previously connected device, would connect seamlessly at that point. But other than that firmware updated fine on second attempt. I am wondering just how much effort is going into this software

Just received my UltraQ today. Installed on Samsung Note 9 running Android 10. Connected via Bluetooth and updated firmware with no issue. It will not connect to wifi. I rebooted my phone and now the app force crashes on start over and over again. This is useless. I am returning everything as I cannot use it as advertised. False advertisement. Should have bought Thermalworks products instead. Not happy at all.

App only works when in Bluetooth range & CONSTANTLY loses connectivity. Trying to connect to WiFi usually makes the app freeze (req uninstall & reinstall to get it working again). I paid almost $400 for a controller that was supposed to let me monitor temps from my phone so I could go back to sleep instead of babysitting the smoker all night long. To say that I'm disappointed in the app (which really is the selling feature and ENTIRE justification for the extravagant price) is an understatement.
