It always gives me that i have 0 money in my balance though it's not true i went to the bank branch and the employee said she had fixed the problem and she did but only for two days! . Now, the same problem reappeared two days later and i have bills to pay.. These inconveniences are so annoying to your clients! A piece of advice, don't use this application, it's not worth it...

Absolutely terrible app. Logging in is a pain, the interface is ancient, no way to get help after it doesn't recognize your password and your fingerprint for some reason and locks you out, the 4 digit unlock option just simply doesn't work. This app is so behind every other banking app by a decade. Painful experience.

After the latest update, am no longer able to login, please fix!! Apparently not the fault of the App. website is down, I'll change my review once all is fixed! Edit: I changed my rating to 5, especially that finally i could add my bills to the SEP book.. well done.

Yes unfortunately, we were facing a very uncommon network failure this morning.
It was out of our control, but it is resolved now.
