I have no issue with the app, but halo bca customer service really needs improvement! I've told them what's the issue that I'm facing with my account and they asked me to verify the data. After a long series of verification, they didn't provide me any solution at all!! In the end, they said you'll need to go to the nearest branch and they'll help you with this issue. Halo BCA can help you with simple matters, like block your card but for any other issues, just go to the nearest branch

The chat support response was extremely slow and unhelpful. The issue I experienced was only repeatedly confirmed without any immediate solution. The agent merely said “hope the issue gets resolved soon” and ended the chat instead of actually providing assistance

Sign up process is confusing, calls don't have any audio, texting is a pain, keyboard doesn't show up half the time
