Poor user experience. Doesn't support biometrics login, and kicks you out as soon as you switch between apps. Crashes frequently when accessing EOB. It reminds of Android apps designed in early 2010s.

garbage app will not let me log in ever. always an issue. never sends my codes to change password or does anything

During sign in sends a verification code to email. Then when you minimize the program to check email for verification code and go back to the program it defaults back to the sign in screen and you cannot input the verification code . Now you are stuck in a loop getting a new code then back to the default sign in screen. Well played developers this health app is just as Effed up as the health insurance world.!! So the work around is to go to a browser and sign in Punch in verify code to open app
