It has its ups and downs like any app. I just have more issues with it personally mostly because my phone is horrible and doesn't like to take my fingerprint. So I have to reset my password more often than I'd like. Also bcbsri will tell you you have updated your info, lik for instance your telephone number, when it really didn't. And also using the OTC benefits thru the actual app brings you to another app which is fine. However since my insurance changed It says there it is expired.
Can't log in thru the app. I have it set up to fingerprint login, and now it tells me my account is locked? But I can log in thru the website? Why have an app that's not going to work? Fix it!! This is getting ridiculous

Both website and app are buggy without any support from bcbs. They have very limited hours so that they dont have to hear about issues with their app
