It has its ups and downs like any app. I just have more issues with it personally mostly because my phone is horrible and doesn't like to take my fingerprint. So I have to reset my password more often than I'd like. Also bcbsri will tell you you have updated your info, lik for instance your telephone number, when it really didn't. And also using the OTC benefits thru the actual app brings you to another app which is fine. However since my insurance changed It says there it is expired.

It keeps coming up with "Update Required". I tap the button to update, the screen goes to the"play store" but there is nothing to update. So I deleted the app then reinstalled. Still comes up with the same and no way to update.

Atrocious. One star is too much. My account is set up to use fingerprint access. It no longer works. I entered my login and password and it locked me out of the app. The only reason why I went to the app is because the website no longer displays usage information. It just spins.
