Can't give this zero stars only because you have to give it at least one star to leave a review. It constantly says that my password is incorrect. I reset the password online and sign in successfully but then the credentials do not work on the app. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app numerous times but it still does not recognize my credentials. Apps are supposed to be a convenience, this one is not.

It has its ups and downs like any app. I just have more issues with it personally mostly because my phone is horrible and doesn't like to take my fingerprint. So I have to reset my password more often than I'd like. Also bcbsri will tell you you have updated your info, lik for instance your telephone number, when it really didn't. And also using the OTC benefits thru the actual app brings you to another app which is fine. However since my insurance changed It says there it is expired.
