My SmartCare Mobile provides Benefit Coordinators Corporation’s Flexible Spending Account participants with a secure, single access point to manage their accounts from their mobile device. Participants use their existing username and password to access their accounts from anywhere at any time. Users can simply download the app and log in to gain instant access to their account balances, plan details, recent transactions and communications from BCC. Claims and substantiation materials can also be submitted through the app. Participants must register and go through the authentication process online before accessing their personal information through this app.

Frustrating to use in some scenarios. Security policy is set too strict, when switching between apps (checking balances and switching between accounting) it will constantly log you out forcing you to login again and start over. No running total for transaction balances - entries only but impossible to determine grand total in the amount before/after item. This is the number one reason for reduction of stars. Notifications cannot be cleared in some cases, persistent even if not relevant.

After updating the app it flickers the enable location window and won't allow you to sign in. It worked great before updating.

App and site were down the entire day 12/31/23 and last year 12/31/22 as well. If not intentional, how exactly does that happen?
