Ratings and reviews

Evertime the power goes out I have to uninstall & reinstall the app to get an accurate update on how many are out in our area , it's doesn't update from the previous outage from months ago it was never like this....

I loved the app, but after the recent updates I can no longer pay my bill online and I can't report an outage either. I'm in the dark right now trying to navigate the website because the app sucks now.

How do you even get set up?? I have encountered numerous people having the same issue, unable to register the app and even get started using it.
