I can never pay a receipt from the app. I always have to manually enter iban and details in the desktop application. Even for beneficiaries such as the account that takes my rent every month. More inconveniences: I cannot copy paste an IBAN into the app + the recent beneficiaries lust does not include it, though I paid into it last month + I cannot duplicate a payment from account history 0 stars of possible. I made a payment from the app and apparently I had to verify it from the computer!

App crashes when trying to scan bills.— This was solved after several weeks. A year later, with Android 10, the app no longer works. — this time it was enough to remove/reinstall the app. Same thing again a couple of years later. After updating to Android 12, it's no longer possible to scan bills.

The application is reliably unreliable and stops working every year when the Android version is upgraded. It has not worked on Android 10 for me for two months now. Apparently, it keeps failing to activate mobile banking and my most recent attempt has locked me out of the account even on internet banking. This is a problem noted by other users and is very frustrating!
