The application is reliably unreliable and stops working every year when the Android version is upgraded. It has not worked on Android 10 for me for two months now. Apparently, it keeps failing to activate mobile banking and my most recent attempt has locked me out of the account even on internet banking. This is a problem noted by other users and is very frustrating!

App crashes when trying to scan bills.— This was solved after several weeks. A year later, with Android 10, the app no longer works. — this time it was enough to remove/reinstall the app. Same thing again a couple of years later. After updating to Android 12, it's no longer possible to scan bills.

App is useful and I'm almost never using the desktop version. Would love to have: 1. Possibility to take screenshots, copy/paste to and from the app 2. Possibility to take a QR code from a photo/ screenshot / app in my phone, to do a QR code payment. I don't always receive printed invoices, not I have access to two devices in the same time, to scan the QR code. Instead, I have a smartphone that I cannot use at full potential because this app doesn't allow me. 3. Bigger history of transactions.
