it took 10 minutes. The tap wouldn't work the app made me plug and unplug my car multiple times. The charging was fast but it is three times the rate of BC Hydro home charging but it was fast

Just let me pay for my charge. authorize a set amount and charge the actual like a gas pump. Don't take my money and hold it with a digital "wallet." Really scummy behavior from a bc company that holds itself in such high regard.

Absolute trash. Somehow managed to charge someone else's car on my dime. If I pull into a location with 4 charging stations (3 in use) and pull into the only available stall, activate the terminal on the app and plug in, I shouldn't have to wonder whose damn car I am charging.
