can't add or update autopay, app is constantly freezing, my login is never saved and always says your app needs updates! my app is up to date...and toggling between my different plans is confusing, all of my benefits for both contracts should be viewable, not like completely different accounts. The actual human customer support is fine, but this app is clunky and not user friendly for android

put email in, then it won't let me put password in. goes to passkey. I prefer a pass ward. all I wanted is to look up is new provider care. this is taken me 30 min to get this far.

Just installed the new app and was able to log in with no issues. The app feels nearly identical to the website member portal, and I was able to navigate through different portions of the app with ease. Ability to view member card, deductible year-to-date, and claims info easily.
