-Find care: Search for in-network providers for in-person and virtual care
-Make premium payments, and view and download your payment history
-View claims history, submit a claim, file an appeal and see your explanation of benefits (EOB) statements
-View or download your ID card or order a replacement ID card
-Update your contact information, sign up for digital EOBs and opt into emails and text messages

Ratings and reviews

Just installed the new app and was able to log in with no issues. The app feels nearly identical to the website member portal, and I was able to navigate through different portions of the app with ease. Ability to view member card, deductible year-to-date, and claims info easily.

Great App. Extremely easy to use and look up information, especially on the go or when you want to quickly check something.

Could not send Online contact form. Would not respond when tried to attach a file
