About this app

Direct Call keeps your frequently used phone numbers in a shortcut list and helps you open your Android phone app.

• Recognize shortcuts by photos, animated GIFs or name initials.
• Choose a 3-column or 4-column home grid.
• Enter names and numbers manually, or import device contacts after granting permission.
• Search saved shortcuts by name or number. Use the Call button in search results to open your phone app.
• Edit or delete one shortcut, or save name, number, photo, order and deletion changes together in the editing list.
• Drag icons to reorder them in the shortcut screen editor.

Contact import is optional; manual entry does not need contacts permission. Calls are handled by your external phone app. Per-contact home-screen widgets and automatic direct calling are not provided. There is no in-app account or server contact sync. Android backup settings may include saved shortcuts and photos.
