Ratings and reviews

It's nice, but it can improve. 1. the app is not synchronous with the website. If I want to use both, I keep having to get an OTP sent to my phone, then it asks me to resubmit a new password. Then if I go back on my phone app, my pin doesn't work all of a sudden - as if it reset my security credentials, which is worrying given that it's a financial institution. 2. I can't always invest any amount. For instance, I can only invest 0.004 lots MINIMUM for Bitcoin which is R6000+.

Depositing is easy and only takes a few minutes from my bank to Brockstock, however, to withdraw funds is a pain. I had to go through so many attempts just upload proof of address when I wanted to withdraw funds and on top of that it takes 3-5 Business days for the money to reflect in my account. It also said it takes 120 minutes to verify the my account, but it it took more than 12 hours

By far one of the best local investment platforms created, money transactions are safe and secure, im able to withdraw my money when needed. A cool feature is the capitec pay which doesnt need my card details to use. A suggestion for the app would be to add on more commodities such as oils and derivatives.
