About this app

Managing HR operations in construction environments is significantly more complex than in standard industries. From handling multiple companies, subcontractors, attendance systems, payroll, leave requests, policy documents, onboarding, statutory compliance, and employee communication — everything needs to be centralized, fast, and accurate.

BcStep HR modernizes all traditional HR processes with a cloud-based, automated, project-specific approach. Attendance, payroll, employee records, recruitment, and compliance are streamlined and linked with the company or project hierarchy, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
