***WHERE IS THE POWERPLUS CHECKING TOOL that is supposed to be on the dashboard???? Not a fan of the upgrade. HELOC no longer shows available balance. It used to, but they must have forgotten this feature. Bummer. Edit to add that you can't check credit score anymore either. Wow, this is definitely a downgrade. Archaic, unattractive, clunky, fewer features. Yuck. Editing to add a couple stars since both issues have been resolved. But it's still fugly.

Hi there! This issue has been resolved. To access your credit score within Digital Banking using the mobile app, select the Dashboard tab and scroll down to find Your Credit Score to View Details. No longer easy to navigate. Just the overall appearance of the app is ugly. The text for transactions all blend into each other making it difficult to see things at a glance. Finding certain features required a learning curve. The previous version was flawless. They need to fire the a-hole who convinced them this was a good move. There are literally zero positives with the update.

Wow i was looking forward to the upgrade since there was so much talk leading up to it but I personally believe, the design totally missed the mark. Hire UIUX or get new ones. The app before was easier to navigate the main accounts, and now I have no idea where to lick. The screens are cluttered and not streamlined, too busy. I thought you were going to fix billpay so it doesn't bring me to another website for it, instead you left that and fixed the other good design, another redesign is needed
