Currently I'm unable to sign in via fingerprint. It automatically closes it whenever I try. I tried the support page and it automatically closes the keyboard when I try to explain my issue. It's the middle of the day on a weekday. No way that maintenance is being done. Please fix the app. Support email address bounced. I still can't sign in. User/pword keyboard closes. Unusable. Review updated no further response has been made. I will be installing as it's unusable in this state.

Garbage app. Zelle is integrated and I'm forced to use it since I can't use Zelle separately and have it draw from my account. It doesn't want to see my contacts, who are registered anndhave valid accounts, and right now the app is not functional at various steps, giving me some error code. I have smoke out of my ears because I cannot make a needed payment. Fix it!

Checking your credit score is a nightmare. Every time you open any of the categories to read about it, you are jumped back up to the top of the page and have to scroll back down. I also find it funny how widely hated this new (now almost 2 years old) version of the app is. If you scroll back to summer 2022 you can see a wall of negative reviews they simply pretended weren't happening. The UX used to be about ten thousand times better but I guess at this point we're stuck with this garbage. Sad!
