One the most worst apps. Can not add delivery address for long time. sometime it hanged for the time being.

The UI looks better than before, but the UX is still poorly executed. - Two hamburger menus in the header — confusing. - Search is hidden inside the menu — not user-friendly; it should be easily accessible. - Product card sizes are inconsistent. - Browsing requires horizontal infinite scrolling — not ideal; vertical scrolling would be better. Overall, UI improved, but UX needs significant refinement.

Worst app experience ever. They never deliver products in time. even after 4 days they didn't deliver my order. They don't receive phone calls either. So I went physically to the shop as it's close to my house, when asked Agora staff complained that even they cannot access their app. So why do you keep an app running when you are not even trying to solve any issues and by keeping it running you are hurting customers.
