If there have any wrost vehicle tracking, easy trax is one of them. very unprofessional. Every 2 days It's showing wrong location and if I do complain no response from them. Already I have given email with screen shot. But no response. I f I call to their call centre, for 2 days no trouble. And againg showing same Problem after 2 days. Very bad service.

Dear Sir, there are some limitations in gps tracking and the one you are mentioning is one of them, all companies have same issue, if your vehicle is in parking you might not get exact location maximum times. For more details please check our website in faq it's mentioned clearly

I have been using your Super Economy package for one month only and already I have experienced data loss or gps tracking failure issue for more than one hour. Furthermore, you are taking highest monthly bill but you do not have 24/7 customer support. Your helpline starts from 9 am which does not cover peak office hours. Truth be told, if this bad experience continues, I have to quit your service.
