The OTP token is an independent service that adds a higher level of identification and security and should be requested from BDC, as it is not included in this application.

Ratings and reviews

1st: (Getting error while updating) is the message I always get in every time I use the app, not even that but when I call customer service complaining of the lack of the app they tell everything is fine and working perfect, they have no intention to solve the problem they couze us, as if there is nothing wrong 2nd: The bank should transfer the paycheck to my account on the 1st of every month, but what really happens it the I receive it sometimes 5 days later and never on time

App always give this message at starting up ( Getting error while updating ). The app opens but lacking most of its features that should be having but checking balance of the accounts. Fix this, so customers can mange their accounts and other stuff freely.

App doesn't run and gives me that message telling me " getting error while updating" I can't manage my account and that's a waste of time
