I prefer to have a free trial then if I like it then I will share my payment information. I choose not to participate in a business model of give us your financial data and hope we honor our agreement to not charge you if you decline to continue and if we do maybe you will not bother to request your refund. Re: Kris Ihli review (Jan. 2015) Based on this interaction alone between Kris and the representative who responded, I personally would never give these people my money. The response was rude and uncalled for. Here a potential customer expresses his being uncomfortable with a particular business model that many others are uncomfortable with as well and some would even consider a scam, and instead of being professional and stating that the comment would be taken into consideration however there is some misunderstanding and explaining the situation, the response is that of annoyance and objection. To me this only shows that if I were a paying customer who perhaps was rightfully disputing a charge, I would be met with instant assumption of wrongdoing and disregard. You should have a representative with better skills in customer service responding in such a public forum. If not for the business model in question, you deserve a bad rating for lack of courtesy.
I like this magazine, but.... I really don't understand what is the benefit to subscribe cause i still must pay the magazine too. I already bought several magazine too
