About this app

Metrio is a construction site management app built for quantity records, progress payments and contractor attendance tracking.

You can manage your projects, contractors, contract details, area and volume quantities, rebar quantities, progress payment records and attendance data in one organized workflow.

With Metrio, you can:
- Create project and site records.
- Save employer, contractor and subcontractor contract details.
- Enter area, volume and rebar quantity records.
- Prepare progress payments from saved quantities.
- Track additional works, deductions and VAT calculations.
- Create daily and monthly attendance records.
- Export quantity, progress payment, attendance and project summary reports as PDF.
- Back up your data and restore it when needed.
- Manage theme, language, number format and currency preferences.

Metrio is designed to be practical for field use. After a quick Google sign-in, the core local workflows can be used offline. Project, contractor, quantity, attendance and progress payment records are stored on the user’s device by default. PDF sharing and backup export actions are started by the user. Metrio is also highly optimized for local construction (inşaat / inşaat) workflows commonly referred to as quantity survey (metraj), progress payment (hakediş / hakedis), and attendance tracking (puantaj) in site projects (şantiye / santiye).

Some features may require a Premium plan. Non-premium users may not have access to certain modules and PDF exports.

Metrio is designed for site engineers, construction managers, contractor tracking teams and users who want to keep quantity survey and progress payment workflows organized.
