The new app opens just fine but when I try to login. I get a message that says. (There was a problem accessing this account. If the issue continues try our login troubleshooting steps.) So I have tried all three of the steps. And I get the same message every time I try to login. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s21 5g phone. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it makes no difference. Software bug I'm guessing. Time for a bug fix?

this app is horrible. right when it was downloaded it worked. EVERY TIME after it won't allow me to sign in. when you try to trouble shoot it will not send reset info. Just garbage
