Super buggy. Will not let me register my device, says the bar code is incorrect after scanning and recognizing it. Now will not even let me log in. Also glass bowl from babycook neo exploded in the sink while we were rinsing it, after only a couple months of use. Tried to call customer service dozens of times, they never pick up. Sent an email a few days ago, no response whatsoever. So far whole experience with Beaba is terrible.

Rubbish, you can't add your babycook item because you have to enter your postcode which the app won't let you do, you can't amend the number of portions, random steps are in different languages or incorrectly spelt e.g. leek spelt lrrk. Just a rushed app which is pointless. Only reason I downloaded was cause I got the babycook steamer, wish I hadn't as it's expensive and inconvenient to use!

I got the babycook express. Totally bad product. Only used twice and stopped working. Manual doesnt say anything about the problem at all. App doesnt help troubleshoot. Expensive tool for pretty poor quality. Overall never buying anything BEABA again.
