Ratings and reviews

Super buggy. Will not let me register my device, says the bar code is incorrect after scanning and recognizing it. Now will not even let me log in. Also glass bowl from babycook neo exploded in the sink while we were rinsing it, after only a couple months of use. Tried to call customer service dozens of times, they never pick up. Sent an email a few days ago, no response whatsoever. So far whole experience with Beaba is terrible.

Rubbish, you can't add your babycook item because you have to enter your postcode which the app won't let you do, you can't amend the number of portions, random steps are in different languages or incorrectly spelt e.g. leek spelt lrrk. Just a rushed app which is pointless. Only reason I downloaded was cause I got the babycook steamer, wish I hadn't as it's expensive and inconvenient to use!

Just uploaded this app, I bought the dual machine in 2015 and kept it since, took it out after 7 years having had a baby now at weaning stage, 7 years and baby lead weaning etc alot to take in, it's like being a new mum, I bought lots of books but information out there is over whelming, this app is a life saver, simple, quick recipes, gives me a weekly plan, so glad to say my worries are over, the books are going back!
