Beakon gives authorized platform admins real-time visibility into threats and planned disruptions near the assets they protect, with verified first responder context and a fast way to notify the right people when action is needed.

Designed for security operations, emergency management, and resilience teams, the Beakon mobile app helps admins monitor critical incidents around their organization’s facilities, events, and areas of interest.

Admins can view real-time threats near their assets, including shootings, fires, police activity, hazardous conditions, and other public safety events. They can also monitor planned disruptions, including protests, demonstrations, traffic disruptions, and other events that may affect operations.

For added clarity, admins can access verified first responder radio transmissions associated with incidents, helping them understand what is happening from source material rather than relying only on secondhand reports.

The app includes a focused alert feed for high-priority threats requiring immediate attention, helping teams separate urgent incidents from broader situational awareness.

When a critical threat occurs, admins can launch a threat-specific mass notification directly from the alert. Notifications can be sent as:

- One-way blasts
- Confirmation requests
- Status checks to confirm whether recipients are safe
