I do enjoy ordering coffee from here and trying different types. it is always fresh, much better than buying from the store. the only thing that is frustrating is I will select a specific coffee for the flavors that are listed in the description, then when the coffee arrives they are completely different flavor notes than what was listed. even so, they usually are good. sometimes I dont like the coffee notes that arrives. it would be nice if you got exactly what you ordered.

I have received 4 bean boxes so far....and not one of the 16 coffees I have received is listed in the app. There are four listed that I didn't receive. I can't rate my cofee. I can't change my preferences. I don't really see the point of having the app. This rating is only for the app though...I love the service and the coffee so far!

Needs more integration with the website. The only real benefits to the app are marking my favorite coffees and scanning the QR codes on the bags. However, the app doesn't show any of my coffees ordered through the website. The 2 systems need to be integrated. As it is, the app is useless for me. I'd rather use the website.
