frustrated that it doesn't have options to write a note, or possibly more customizations -- it's very limited. It also doesn't have the grilled cheese on the app, very frustrating when I have to order something much more expensive, customize it to a grilled cheese, and hope they recognize my name on the mobile order & know what I mean.

The only thing this app is useful for is getting points, which add up for free drinks. Mobile orders are a nightmare because individual stores either can't or don't update for what products (including basic things like milk) are available. every time I order for mobile pickup, no matter which store it is, there is something they don't have available so the order isn't ready when I come to get it.

Doesn't work. Keeps telling me that I can't order because I'm not connected to the internet, when I am. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking app permissions, restarting my phone several times. It's been a couple weeks and customer service hasn't been able to resolve my issue. Not willing to order in person since it usually takes too long for it to be worth it.
