Ratings and reviews

Automatically adds a tip - YOU don't get to decide if nor how much. Can't order a 12 oz coffee due to it not having a required brew option (house or French press) available, whereas with other sizes you can. Can't order espresso by itself. Often, you can't add promotional food items to your order because...it just won't do it.

frustrated that it doesn't have options to write a note, or possibly more customizations -- it's very limited. It also doesn't have the grilled cheese on the app, very frustrating when I have to order something much more expensive, customize it to a grilled cheese, and hope they recognize my name on the mobile order & know what I mean.

Doesn't work. Keeps telling me that I can't order because I'm not connected to the internet, when I am. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking app permissions, restarting my phone several times. It's been a couple weeks and customer service hasn't been able to resolve my issue. Not willing to order in person since it usually takes too long for it to be worth it.
