The only thing this app is useful for is getting points, which add up for free drinks. Mobile orders are a nightmare because individual stores either can't or don't update for what products (including basic things like milk) are available. every time I order for mobile pickup, no matter which store it is, there is something they don't have available so the order isn't ready when I come to get it.

I love the Liberty Park location. I would order more off the app if it had more customization options like no ice, light ice, extra ice, minus Shots of espresso instead of just extra shots, also able to get more than 2 pumps of caramel like you can with the other flavors. Whenever there is a promotion on the app only. I have to go in to the location and let them know it's my drink then put in the order and add other items so it will come to the correct price for them to just make my drink.

The app lacks a lot of functionality. For the most part, it does what it is supposed to do. I use the app at least once a week. I am unfortunately not able to get my free birthday drink due to these performance issues. It's just frustrating. The employees just shrug because they can't give your birthday drink outside of the app. I have spent plenty of money with Beans, and I just wanted a birthday drink, man.
