Bearded dragon care is full of contradictory advice. One source swears by sand, the next calls it dangerous. One says your lighting is fine, another says it is useless. Beardie is the answer to that: a complete care guide written in plain language, plus a place to keep your dragon's record.

THE CARE GUIDE

Thirteen chapters covering the enclosure, lighting and heat, feeding, supplements, health, shedding, brumation, hydration, impaction, disease and behaviour. The numbers most care sheets skip are in here: UVB index targets at the basking site, basking surface temperatures, calcium to phosphorus ratios, humidity ranges, feeder nutrition.

Search the whole guide in seconds. Start from a symptom if something looks wrong, and jump straight to the section that covers it. Twenty one warning signs are flagged for when a dragon needs an exotic vet the same day.

The guide works offline once it has loaded, and it updates itself as we add to it.

Keep a profile for every dragon you own, with a photo, morph, sex and hatch date.

Log weight over time and watch the chart. A monthly weigh-in is the earliest warning you get that something is wrong, and it is the first thing a vet asks for.

Keep a care log of sheds, feeds, cleans, vet visits and the start and end of brumation. Dates you will never remember a year later, in one place.

Set reminders that actually matter. UVB bulb replacement is the one most keepers forget, because output fades long before the light looks dim. Also enclosure deep cleans, calcium and D3 reviews, weigh-ins and annual check-ups.

CAN THEY EAT IT?

Type any food or insect and get a straight answer at the fridge: staple, occasional, rare or never, from a vetted list of over 150 foods. If something is not on the list, the app says so instead of guessing.
