Terrible support response. App continues to crash upon opening on Android. I visibly showed that I am on the most up to date version of the app, that there aren't any updates for my version of Android, and that clearing cache etc etc etc has not fixed. And yet I'm told the basic troubleshooting steps from some support rep who clearly didn't even bother. Awful. No need for an app that doesn't even function or has people who want it to

Can't use the native back button on android device, which just closes the app. Forced to use the back button in the top left which is annoying in this day and age.

used to be great but now it doesn't open. Tried reinstall and force close but still nothing works. Useless
