Terrible support response. App continues to crash upon opening on Android. I visibly showed that I am on the most up to date version of the app, that there aren't any updates for my version of Android, and that clearing cache etc etc etc has not fixed. And yet I'm told the basic troubleshooting steps from some support rep who clearly didn't even bother. Awful. No need for an app that doesn't even function or has people who want it to

What is up with that navigation? I am on Android, not an iPhone. I have an actual back gesture which should take me one step back, not exit the app. Every. Single. Time. This UX makes the app unusable for me, the gesture comes too naturally from the habit of using apps that are behaving properly.

Stopped working recently on my OnePlus 5t. I get the orange splash screen but then nothing happens. I've tried clearing cache, force stop, reinstalling, still can't progress beyond the splash screen. Having the same issue again 2 years later on a new phone...
