Terrible support response. App continues to crash upon opening on Android. I visibly showed that I am on the most up to date version of the app, that there aren't any updates for my version of Android, and that clearing cache etc etc etc has not fixed. And yet I'm told the basic troubleshooting steps from some support rep who clearly didn't even bother. Awful. No need for an app that doesn't even function or has people who want it to

The ap no longer works for me at all, gets stuck on the orange loading screen and goes nowhere. I've tried reinstalling, updating my phone software, no luck.

Your reorder feature has been broken for months. When I click Reorder, items add to cart but won't let me place the order—it just reloads the cart screen. I have to manually re-add everything instead. I emailed your support team who claimed it was because the cafe changed their prices despite this issue appearing over two different cafes over several months. Still not fixed. Update 31/03/26: Email support contact me and blamed the cafe for changing their menu. Still broken months later.
