Beba Tech is the official field service companion app for fire safety engineers and technicians using the Beba ERP platform. Designed to streamline fire safety inspections, maintenance tasks, and asset tracking, the app empowers technicians to execute and submit their work directly from the field.

Key Features:

1. WORK ORDER & JOB MANAGEMENT
- View all assigned fire safety jobs and maintenance tasks.
- Keep track of job progress with status filters (Pending, In Progress, Completed).
- View scheduled dates, detailed customer profiles, and building instructions.

2. ASSET TRACKING & INSTALLATION
- Scan and identify fire safety assets (such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, panels, and pumps).
- Install new assets manually on-site and record serial numbers, manufacturer, model, and capacity details.
- Log specific floor location/position descriptions for easy future tracking.

3. DYNAMIC INSPECTION CHECKLISTS
- Access custom-built checklists tailored to each asset type.
- Quickly record Pass/Fail status, numeric readings, and remarks.

4. CAMERA INTEGRATION & PHOTO PROOF
- Capture high-resolution photos of assets, deficiency details, or completed works directly via the built-in camera.
- Upload photos to the secure cloud storage for engineering and customer review.

5. PROCUREMENT & PURCHASE REQUESTS
- Request new parts or replacement equipment directly from the job site.
- Take and attach a photo of the required asset, submit requests, and track real-time approval status from supervisors.

6. DIGITAL SIGNATURES
- Authorize completed installations and maintenance reports on the spot.
- Collect digital signatures on-screen from both the technician and client.

7. SYSTEM OFFLINE ASSISTANCE
- Designed to work in areas with low or no network coverage, such as basements, warehouses, and remote facilities, ensuring you never lose your progress.
