Hail your Beck on the street
Select the Pay and Pair icon in the app
Enter the driver number
Sit back and enjoy your ride!

Collect and Deliver:
Select the Delivery icon on your app
Use Google Pay or simply Add your credit card to pay via the app
Send a parcel to anywhere in the city
Select the Delivery icon on the main screen
Enter the pickup and destination for your parcel, an optional reference number and name to send your parcel now or on a scheduled date.

Beck is very good. The app sucks. Always wildly wrong wait times. Map never updates taxi location. And don't ever change your phone number. It cannot be changed in the app. You'll have to uninstall the app, lose all your settings, payment info & ride history, re-install the app, and re-enter everything. App is worse now than when I first installed it 3 years ago.

Dealing with this app/company is a nightmare. There's no true feedback to the ordering experience. It cancelled trips twice in a row, while the info on-screen made it appear as the driver was on its way. Waited close to 20 min even after calling the cab co. directly. Even a message in the app, "we're experiencing delays" or "your transport is in high demand, please be patient with us" could have gone a long way. I'm glad Lyft and Uber are eating you up. you've wasted any goodwill left.

Works kind of okay at the best of times. Today I try to book a cab and it throws me an error. I call to book my cab, they inform me I owe them $27. No indication of this on the app. I check my emailed receipts, no indication of a problem whatsoever. Honestly, I think it's a glitch, but they've got me over a barrel because I need to get to work, so I say I'll pay. The entire process to pay one fare over the phone takes 15min. Surely there is a better way of doing this.
