Select the Pair and Pay icon on the main screen
Hail your Beck on the street
Select the Pay and Pair icon in the app
Enter the driver number
Sit back and enjoy your ride!

Collect and Deliver:
Select the Delivery icon on your app
Use Google Pay or simply Add your credit card to pay via the app
Send a parcel to anywhere in the city
Select the Delivery icon on the main screen
Enter the pickup and destination for your parcel, an optional reference number and name to send your parcel now or on a scheduled date.

Edited from my mid 2024 review: I want to like this app: Beck is very reliable, its rates don't surge, and its drivers make efforts. But app is buggy. 2 beefs: (1) when choosing pickup point the map tool often misreads location by as much as a block - no easy way to edit street name & #. I often must close app down, delete cache, then reopen/redo order to get right pickup address. (2) Laggy - often says cab is 1 min away when it's 5, *or* shows cab image 10 blocks away when it's within a block!

Great app except 1. estimate of time not accurate. seems to be 1 minute all the time. but the cabs do come quickly 2. I find to adjust where you are to be accurate is very difficult. I try and usually give up and call the driver.

Works kind of okay at the best of times. Today I try to book a cab and it throws me an error. I call to book my cab, they inform me I owe them $27. No indication of this on the app. I check my emailed receipts, no indication of a problem whatsoever. Honestly, I think it's a glitch, but they've got me over a barrel because I need to get to work, so I say I'll pay. The entire process to pay one fare over the phone takes 15min. Surely there is a better way of doing this.
