WHY MOST VOCABULARY APPS FAIL
You drill a list of fifty random words. A week later, ten are gone. The other forty live in your flashcards forever, unused. The problem isn't your memory — it's that the words were never connected to your life.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
Lexora flips the model. You don't pick words from a curated list. You capture words you actually meet — on a news site, in a YouTube comment, in an email, in a book. Drop in the word AND the sentence you saw it in. That's it.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The moment you save a word, Lexora's AI:
• Reads your context sentence and gives you the meaning that fits THAT use, not a dictionary dump of every possible definition.
• Generates two or three more example sentences in the domain you actually work in (developer? doctor? designer? barista? Tell Lexora once and every example will speak your language).
• Creates a custom illustration that ties the word to its meaning — visual memory does the heavy lifting your willpower shouldn't have to.
• Schedules the word for review using FSRS, the algorithm Anki adopted as its new default, proven to reduce study time by up to 30% compared to legacy SM-2.

The Lexora share integration lets you save a word from Chrome, Gmail, X (Twitter), Kindle, or any app with the Android share sheet — without leaving what you're reading. Two taps and you're back to the article.
SPEAK INSTEAD OF TYPING — THE DICTATION BUBBLE
Writing in a language you are still learning is slow, so Lexora lets you speak instead. Tap a text field in any app and a small Lexora bubble appears above the keyboard. Tap it, say your sentence, and the text is written into the field you were already typing in.
This optional feature uses Android's AccessibilityService API for exactly two things: to detect that you focused an editable text field, and to write your dictated text into it. Screen content is never read, collected, stored or transmitted, and nothing is shared with third parties. The bubble never appears in password fields, banking apps or password managers. You turn the service on yourself after an in-app explanation, and can turn it off any time in Android Settings > Accessibility.
REVIEW THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME
The review session shows you only the cards that are actually due. FSRS predicts memory decay per word; easy words come back rarely, tricky ones come back often. No fixed daily quota that drowns you on Monday and leaves you empty on Friday.

- No tracking. No ad SDKs. No data sold to anyone.
