You added "Identity Verification" but your only option is for Thai Nationals and a citizen ID. And your guidelines said we can add passport you didn't give that in your options to change the citizen ID to Passport.

Can't reactivate my account. I went to their head office and I can't even go in. So frustrating! Help settings all in thai, how am I supposed to call them

Cannot even add more than one credit card, keeps asking you to tap in your pin but then nothing. This app cannot even let you top up using your credit card, much useless! EDIT: Now that you can start adding your credit card, when it tried to verified, we keep getting APCC reject this txn. TrueMoney is much better and unfortunately Shopee doesn't use TrueMoney at all. Waste of time.
