What a pointless app. Cannot use it without logging in on a PC first. Instructions say Go to Profile on top right. There is no such place. Searching the help has no hits for app, iPhone, Android, my profile or anything else suitable. I did find a diagram of how the app security could work. This looks like a company that cares for their customers (enterprises) and doesn't consider the user experience at all. Poor effort.

Pretty damn useless. Although the desktop version works fine, I'm completely unable to add my account to android. The instructions on the android opening page don't exist on the desktop profile page. Having looked for instructions in the help section, there are headings, but no instructions. I've spent an hour going over the app, instructions and through the very MANY email I've received from joinedup. All to no avail. I'm happy to remove this review if they want to pay me hourly for wasted time

Categorised as a productivity app. Expects you to enter availability for each day, rather than state once when you are available. Takes a silly amount of time and messing around to do something that could be done with a single note, i.e., "I am available any day, all hours, except between 1700-2200". It seems to pitch itself as a solution, but in reality, it is time-consuming and quite frankly pointless and unhelpful, at least for me. It overcomplicates the simple and eats through time.
