About this app

For Troop Cookie Managers who use Little Brownie Bakers' eBudde system to manage their troop's Girl Scout Cookie booth sales.

Site Buddy was developed by a fellow cookie manager as a companion app to eBudde with two goals in mind: 1) Help cookie managers easily find additional booth sale sites so their scouts can sell more cookies, and 2) Help ensure that fewer sites go to waste when a troop has to cancel, so more customers can get cookies and Girl Scouts can raise more money to fund its programs.

Site Buddy will show you an up-to-date list of sites available in your area, and any time a new site opens up you will receive a timely notification.

Site Buddy has been battle tested over the past five cookie seasons in over fifty Councils from sea to shining sea. It works great, but if you ever have any suggestions for improvements, we would love to hear them so we can make the app even better. (Remember, this was developed by a retired cookie manager, so it's all about helping your troop sell more cookies. Feedback from other cookie managers has been very important to the development process!)

Gotta say, I rely on this app more than I should during cookie sales! I don't have the time, energy or desire to keep checking eBudde for openings at the few locations my girls will do. Site Buddy notifies me within seconds! Customer Service is fantastic as well. Personable, kind, and helpful. There was an issue where my council's sale end date was set to Feb 7 instead of March 7, so the notifications ceased almost as soon as they started. But I reported the problem and it was fixed.

Awesome app, even better customer service!! Customer service spent 3 days and 40 emails to correct a very rare issue my phone had with the app. I couldn't believe the dedication! The best part? They fixed it and I was able to pick up 5 more booths for my troop! My notifications from the app came at least 10 min earlier than the emails from ebudde! YOU HAVE TO GET THIS APP! well unless you are in my service unit, then well it probably won't work on your phone, don't waste your time! 😂😉

Amazing app! I did not spend hours scouring the eBudde interface looking for booth sites...the app sent push notifications to my phone when booths in my specified zips came available. PERFECT!
