Rating four stars due to a lack of a order cancelation option - I recently ordered something by accident (with plenty of time until pickup) only to need to change the order, to no luck, and was charged for an order that never got made (I canceled by phone). Otherwise, app works great and is very convenient! Love the new flexitarian menu options.

Good, healthy, affordable food but typically very slow, bad service in the restaurant (Longwood) and glitchy app that often doesn't let you use promotions you have. App orders are almost never ready to pick up within 20 minutes. You have to hound the staff to get the order that was supposed to be ready to pick up.

This app sucks now. It used to be easy to use and self explanatory, and now it doesn't keep track of my past orders, nor my rewards. The email tells me to redeem through the app but the app has no option for that. The convenience of being able to have orders saved and just click on a previous order is gone now that it doesn't save my order. Very annoyed so I'm uninstalling it now.
