خدمة فاشلة.. لا يوجد تغطية لجميع مناطق دمشق. خدمة العملاء لا يستجيبوا للاتصال bad service.. not covering all areas of damascus... customer service with no answer or response

When you started you was awesome but now every time i make order, the app give this message "it refused and the reason no delivery worker available" and i try repat it for many times and wait for an hour to accept my order, that very disappointed because evey any request needs to wait 2 hours or more to get my meal and eat and the restaurant far from me 15 minutes, so it better form me go and take my order personally if the app stay like that.

It's my go to food app It's fast and the service is amazing plus they're professional they tell u if the prices of the food on the app are the same in the restaurant I just think the delivery sometimes is way too expensive it reaches the price of the food and that's my only complain and one more thing that they put the picture of the delivery guy but when they come I'll be surprised that they're very different from the picture they put in the app I wish they could work on it
