خدمة فاشلة.. لا يوجد تغطية لجميع مناطق دمشق. خدمة العملاء لا يستجيبوا للاتصال bad service.. not covering all areas of damascus... customer service with no answer or response

having my order canceled after 3 hours of waiting is unacceptable and then having the audacity to say "Sorry", not even getting a discount for the inconvenience...an absolute horrible experience

When you started you was awesome but now every time i make order, the app give this message "it refused and the reason no delivery worker available" and i try repat it for many times and wait for an hour to accept my order, that very disappointed because evey any request needs to wait 2 hours or more to get my meal and eat and the restaurant far from me 15 minutes, so it better form me go and take my order personally if the app stay like that.
