About this app

BEEP is a shot timer designed for IPSC training and Brazilian CAC shooters — no subscription, no ads, and no data sent to the cloud. Everything runs on your device.

HOW IT WORKS
Press START and BEEP counts down 3·2·1, sounds the starting beep, and starts listening through your phone's microphone. Each detected shot becomes a line on the screen, showing the time of the first shot (draw) and the split between each shot, in real time — without needing to touch the device during the competition.

FEATURES
• Audio shot detection, with adjustable sensitivity and echo filter for indoor shooting ranges.

• Live splits, configurable par time, and random start (delay between 1 and 4 seconds).

• "Listen to external beep" mode — instead of emitting its own beep, the BEEP listens to the beep of a professional competition timer (compatible with the frequency range used by brands such as PACT and CED7000), ideal for official races.

• Video tab: records the race with the timer and splits superimposed directly onto the video (burned into the file, not just on the screen), just like it appears on professional video timers — without a signature. The video is saved locally on the device, in the gallery.

• Complete training history, with statistics (best split, average split, total time) and visual sparkline for each race.

• 100% Portuguese interface.

TRUE PRIVACY
The BEEP does not ask for login, does not have a user account, does not show ads, and does not connect to the internet — the app doesn't even have network permission. The microphone audio is processed entirely on the device only to detect the sound of the shot/beep and is never recorded or sent anywhere. The videos you record are saved only on your device. See the full privacy policy in the app's information page.

WHO IT'S FOR
Made for CAC (Hunter, Shooter, Collector) shooters and IPSC practitioners who train at licensed shooting clubs and ranges in Brazil. It's a timing and training tool — it does not sell, advertise, or facilitate the acquisition of weapons or ammunition.

Suggestions and feedback are welcome — the app is under active development.

What’s new
