BeEpic – Digital Appreciation When “Thank You” Otherwise Gets Lost

BeEpic makes it easy to rediscover and appreciate positive service experiences in everyday life, even after the moment has passed. Whether it's a hotel, restaurant, delivery service, or other service: gratitude often arises only in retrospect. BeEpic helps you identify these situations and express appreciation digitally.

How it works: With your consent, BeEpic uses location data (GPS) to identify matches with other users in the same location. You can search for up to 48 hours retrospectively and receive two match types: same location and same time, or same location and different time, i.e., with a time difference.

You can send a short message of appreciation to a match, for example, as a thank-you note. Messages are intended as brief expressions of appreciation and are not displayed as an ongoing dialogue.

Optional Appreciation via External Transfer: If a match voluntarily provides payment information, such as bank details or a PayPal link, you can display it. You then complete the actual transfer or payment using your preferred banking or payment app.

Data Privacy and Control
Location access is required for matching and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. BeEpic uses data only for the purposes described.
