Beevent brings together everything you need to experience the event without rushing, all in one app: your ticket with QR code, the complete schedule, a map of the venue, and contacts you make along the way.
Upon entering, the app immediately shows the event you're registered for, with the date, location, and countdown to the start. From there, everything is just a tap away.
TICKET ALWAYS AT HAND
Your ticket is saved in the app, with a QR code, participant name, credential type, and validity period. The screen brightness automatically increases when the code is scanned, and it works even without internet, solving the classic problem of weak signal in the entrance queue.
SCHEDULE YOUR WAY
View the schedule by day and track, search by activity, room, or speaker, and mark sessions of interest as favorites. Each activity shows the time, location, speaker, and description, with the option to add it to your phone's calendar and receive a reminder before it starts. The favorites tab becomes your personal event itinerary.
MAP TO AVOID GETTING LOST
The event map shows stages, auditoriums, rooms, accreditation, food, restrooms, and entrances, with filters by type of point of interest. Use the map to get to the venue and to orient yourself during the event.

NETWORKING WITHOUT TYPING ANYTHING
Each participant has a digital card in the app. To exchange contact information, simply scan the QR code on the other person's badge. The contact is saved with name, company, position, phone number, and email, plus a record of where and when the meeting took place. You can write notes on each contact and resume the conversation later by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Contacts are organized by event, which facilitates follow-up when you participate in several editions during the year.

Participated in more than one event with Beevent? They are all available in the same app, with tickets, schedules, and contacts separated by event.
